It is important to our organization that everyone understands our objective. Our mission is to impactfully support all that seek to participate in the growing group dentistry space. It is well publicized that this trend is the fastest growing in the industry. That only makes sense. Look at the commercial consolidation across so many other industries. Healthcare is a big focus for Private Equity, yet dentist owned groups are reported to be the fastest growing sector over the last five years.
As an Asset Class, dentistry is very profitable. This benefit can be both a blessing and a curse. It is not unusual to see marginal operations continue to expand even while there are many gaps in their processes, management, and staff. “Hey, what could be wrong? We’re making money.” Sometimes, the answer is A LOT! I do not judge. I respect everyone’s right to be who they are in the world. I respect every entrepreneurs right to run their business as they see fit. By definition, they are “One who assumes the risks of business.” Hopefully, it is kept in perspective.
Remember, at the core of what we do, there are patients, employees and countless others that depend on the decisions we make and the success of each practice as an ongoing concern. I have watched as self-appointed “experts” have emerged in support of dentists looking to participate in the group dentistry movement. Experts? Heck, we can’t even spell expert. Our name began as a joke in response to what we observed. I don’t consider myself so much an expert as a student of my field. I learn everyday as the industry shifts every day.
Our response to this market opportunity, was to assemble a group of highly qualified professionals. Each of whom has vast experience and has demonstrated dynamic results in their respective area of expertise. The input of each of these individuals will enhance your life and your business, if you have the willingness and team to follow direction. Unfortunately, those who lack the ability or willingness to listen, often complain the loudest about lack of results. We can lead a horse to water, but we can’t make them drink.
We understand the tremendous responsibility we undertake when a clients puts their faith in our ability to support and shape their growth. We take it very seriously and know how critical it is to the many who depend on the results we generate. To this end, we do not accept everyone who seeks our assistance. When we do not feel that there is a fit, or cannot get needed information timely, we pass on the engagement. We don’t want anyone as a client that we cannot eventually make part of our marketing department. If there is anything else you’d like to know, just ask. We are here to help.
Yours in success,
Frank
